The room was very clean. the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially jenny at the front office and vincent at the indoor pool. rendy from hotel operations was also friendly and knowledgeable. He shared lots of useful details about the hotel.
The toilet did not flush properly. It needed multiple attempts.

I found the breakfast selection to be extensive. Many tastes were catered for. Everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel provides many extras that really elevated the stay. The kids room was well-equipped. There was a selection of games and kids activities available.
I noticed the pool service was slow. I also got several flea bites while at the pool. I received a double bed room instead.

The buffet breakfast was excellent! The large room size suited my needs.
The air conditioning was set to 18 degrees, and even when I tried to adjust it, it continued to blow too cold. Getting transportation from the hotel proved DIFFICULT. I waited for a taxi but none arrived. A long wait happened.
